Sarah Jayne offers a wide range of personal training sessions, group fitness classes, and creative workshops, all rooted in the art of yoga, and designed to empower you to meet your fitness goals with a holistic approach. Not only does she hope to guide you in how to take your physical asana practice to the next level, but she hopes to brighten your mind and strengthen your body so you can show up and “shine OM” in the world the way you want to be seen.

Inspire healthy living amongst colleagues within your workplace. Small to large group fitness classes are available for All Levels, on weekly and monthly basis.
Non-Profit Yoga Events
Sarah Jayne can donate a personal yoga or kick asana class to your Non-Profit Organization to raffle off, or she can lead a workshop at any upcoming events in your community.
Special Workshops
Workshops are available for children & adults of all ages, and provide an opportunity to become more connected to one’s self, and one’s environment, at special group outings and events within your community. Examples of workshops offered include:
