Sarah Jayne is a Kick*Asana Yoga Instructor (E-RYT), Artist (MAT), Fitness Coach, and Licensed Educator. With over ten years of extensive training in many variations of yoga, along with twelve years of kickboxing & MMA, and a life-time as an artist, Sarah Jayne’s passion is to inspire others to live a healthier, happier, and more wholesome life filled with creativity, passion, and purpose.
Sarah Jayne has been teaching yoga for almost 15 years, and is a 500-Hour E-RYT with a Masters of Arts in Teaching (2010).
She completed her 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (2022). 200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training (2011) & Yoga Sculpt Certification (2012) through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, and has continued to explore yoga through her love of art & travel ever since.
Most recently, she painted murals and studied labyrinths at the Sacred Garden Meditation Retreat in Maui. Last summer, she painted more murals & helped bring yoga to the children at SOS Children’s Village Matagalpa, during a Seva Yoga Retreat to Nicaragua. Sarah Jayne also studied meditation at an ashram in the Negev Desert of Israel, participated in a Jivamukti yoga workshop in Istanbul, and taught yoga to a group of Palestinian women in Aida Refugee Camp in Bethlehem.
