Sarah Jayne loves the fusion of moving meditations with breath and music, to create a rhythmic, fun, energizing flow. As an artist, with a background in many art forms, from figurative drawing, canvas painting, and murals, to kickboxing, Sarah Jayne effortlessly fuses art and body movements through higher level yoga training. She loves the art & science of yoga, and feels it is a strong & peaceful way to connect mind, body, and soul.
